Can I request a different size for a dress?
This business actually started as a happy accident! Because Belle Luxe began as a personal collection, most of our dresses are exclusive pieces available in limited sizes. If your dream look is available in your size, be sure to reserve it today! We love inclusivity and are actively planning to introduce a broader range of sizes as our collection expands.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 7 days before your event for a
full credit voucher. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
How do I receive and return the dress?
Deliveries and returns are arranged via courier (Lalamove/Grab) at the
customer's expense. Self-pickup can also be coordinated in advance.
How many days is the rental period?
2 to 3 days. We offer flexible rental windows to fit your event schedule. You can select either a standard 2-day rental (perfect for quick weekend events) or a 3-day rental (ideal if you need an extra day for setup or returns) during checkout.
Do you allow fitting?
We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront. However, we offer a scheduled home-fitting service via Grab or Lalamove. The fitting fee is ₱100 per dress (maximum of 3 dresses), and you will have a 3-hour window to try them on starting from the time of delivery.
Round-trip courier fees (Grab/Lalamove) are shouldered by the customer.
What are the upfront costs for a home fitting?
To arrange a home try-on, you will pay two things before dispatch:
- The Fitting Fee: This fee is non-refundable if you choose not to rent. (If you do book the dress for your event, this fitting fee will be credited and deducted from your final rental total!)
- A Refundable Security Deposit: This is a temporary deposit held while the dress is out of our studio to ensure its safe and timely return.
- Standard Collection: ₱1,000 refundable deposit
- Premium / Luxe Collection: ₱2,000 refundable deposit
What are the rules during the home fitting?
Because our collection is highly delicate and often booked back-to-back, we kindly ask that you follow our Try-On Care Policy:
- The Strict 3-Hour Return Window: This is a quick fit-check, not an extended loan. The 3-hour countdown starts the exact moment the courier hands the dress to you. You must book your return rider and have the dress picked up within that 3-hour timeframe.
- Keep the Security Tag On: All fitting dresses are dispatched with a prominent security tag attached to the exterior. You can easily try on and zip the dress with the tag intact. Do not cut or remove this tag.
- Handle with Care: Please be mindful of fresh makeup, self-tanner, heavy perfume, and jewelry that might snag the fabric while trying it on.
What if I return the dress late?
Late returns are subject to additional daily charges to ensure fairness to the
next renter.
Can I reserve a dress in advance?
Yes, bookings are accepted up to 2 months in advance to secure your date.
How can I check availability?

Do I need to wash the dress before returning?
No, we handle all professional dry cleaning and sanitization.
When and how do I get my security deposit back?
Once the dress is couriered back to us and passes a quick inspection (checking for no makeup stains, strong perfume scents, rips, or missing tags), your security deposit will be fully refunded within 1 to 3 hours.
What would cause me to forfeit my security deposit?
The security deposit will be withheld (or used to cover extra charges) if:
- Applicable to Home Fittings: The dress is booked for a return courier past the 3-hour window, or the security tag is cut or removed (which indicates the dress was worn to an event).
- Applicable to All: The dress is returned with significant damage, unremovable stains, or tears.
